Hello and welcome! My name is Sophia Gribbin and as you can tell, I LOVE photography! I remember when I received my first camera when I was only 14 years old...a pink Kodak 110 camera. Hey, not everyone got a cool camera like I did, LOL. My love for photography continued and so did my progression of cameras through the years as I could afford them. But it wasn't until 2006 when my husband, Joseph, gave me my first large "point & shoot" (Canon S2IS) that I was able to learn how to shoot on manual and learn things like "aperture" and "shutter speed". I soon grew out of the point & shoots and learned how to shoot DSLR's. 

 

Today I continue to grow my talent and learn photo techniques as much as I can. I believe every photograph taken is a moment in time to be shared with others, and I believe every photographer displays their own artistic style through their photography.  Each of my photographs is a story from the heart and a part of my soul. My hope is that you will look at an image I've captured and feel the emotion I felt in that moment.
